"Being at Summer
JAM made me realize that I am powerful…I have always been
a person who feels compassion for the world. I have always wanted
to help, but sometimes it frustrates me because I feel powerless
and peerless. JAM has given me resources, shown me the impact
my actions have on the world, and given me the chance to meet
other teenagers who care."
